The individuals pricing page lists Microsoft 365 Personal at $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year for one person, with 1 TB of storage and Copilot in desktop Office apps. Family is $12.99 a month or $129.99 a year for up to six people, but Copilot features are for the subscription owner only. Premium is $19.99 a month or $199.99 a year and adds more AI chat, image and audio usage and limited agentic features. Pro is $99.99 a month, monthly billing only, with the highest AI limits. Personal, Family and Premium include a one-month free trial, with eligibility depending on region.
