Google Workspace is Google's suite of business apps: Gmail with a custom domain, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat and related tools, managed from one admin console. Google now builds its Gemini assistant into these apps. In Gmail it can find, summarize and draft email, and in Docs, Sheets and Meet it helps write, analyze data, take notes and translate captions. Business plans also include Gemini and Gemini Notebook as enterprise versions, video creation with Vids, and workflow automation with Studio. Google states that company data in Workspace is not used to train its models or for ads.
