Wayground is the new name of the Quizizz platform. It is a K-12 teaching platform where teachers build and deliver assessments, interactive presentations, passages, videos and flashcards, with AI to generate, import, adapt and explain activities. Activities can run live or at the student's own pace, and the site lists a Chrome extension for building activities from any page.

The free Basic plan includes assessments, presentations, passages, flashcards and videos with limited question types, live and student-paced delivery, AI features, more than 20 accommodations including read aloud, and live data through a view called Classroom Pulse. The School and District plan adds all question types and over 40 million standards-aligned resources, full AI grading with custom and state rubrics, growth graphs and standards-aligned reports, an admin dashboard, integrations with Canvas, Schoology, Clever and ClassLink, central accommodation setup and a dedicated customer success manager.

Teachers can also buy an Individual plan, shown at $18 per month billed annually, or $216 per year, with a 7-day free trial. A monthly-billed price was not shown on the pages read. School and District pricing is by quote, and purchase orders can be paid by check, card or ACH. The privacy policy states that Quizizz Inc. does business as Wayground, and the page names no certification. The site also lists corporate plans for non-school users and a library of teacher-created resources, and it says teachers in 90 percent of U.S. schools use it, which is a vendor claim.
