TypeScript variable analysis

I have some text that appears as follows “Welcome to the world, “something:text,” “longText:textarea,” and “thingie:number.” but, there may also be anything like “blah.” “Please provide me with a typescript function that analyzes this text and provides an array of these variables along with their types; if they don’t have types like:text, the type is text by default.
