How Zugrow works

Hosts connect Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo to a shared calendar with real-time sync and double-booking protection. Zugrow imports booking and conversation history, so the inbox starts with relevant property details, house rules and prior guest context.

Each AI agent has Off, Suggest and Auto modes. Agents begin in Suggest mode, where Zugrow drafts an action and the host approves it. A host can move an agent to Auto after building confidence, while price floors, booking declines and charges remain behind explicit guardrails.
