Voice generation and cloning

FineVoice's current product page advertises text-to-speech, voice design, cloning, voice transformation, transcription, and sound-effect generation. Treat published voice counts, language counts, ratings, accuracy, and “studio quality” statements as vendor claims until verified on your own scripts, speakers, accents, recording conditions, and export workflow.

Voice cloning requires explicit authority from the voice owner. Do not clone a celebrity, colleague, customer, child, or other identifiable person merely because a recording is publicly accessible. Never use synthetic voice for impersonation, authentication, fraud, harassment, political deception, or misleading endorsements.

Song covers and output rights

AI song covers can involve separate rights in the composition, lyrics, sound recording, performance, voice, name, and likeness. Permission for one element does not automatically cover the others.

The current Singify Terms of Use distinguish free and paid output. They state that free-user output is limited to lawful, internal, non-commercial use with attribution, while paid-user rights are described differently. The terms also require permission when a person's voice recording is uploaded, do not guarantee that output is unique or copyright-registerable, and grant Singify broad rights to use generated output. Privacy and production checks

• Confirm whether audio, transcripts, prompts, voice models, and generated files are retained or reused.
• Do not upload unreleased music, private calls, customer recordings, or protected training material without authorization.
• Check which functions are web-based, desktop-based, or API-based and where processing occurs.
• Verify export format, sample rate, watermark, credit use, queue time, and deletion controls.
• Label synthetic audio when listeners could reasonably believe a real person performed or endorsed it.

A practical audio test

1. Use a consented voice or a vendor-provided voice and a script you own.
2. Include names, numbers, abbreviations, pauses, emotion, and difficult pronunciation.
3. For music, use material you are authorized to transform and distribute.
4. Measure generation time, failed attempts, intelligibility, artifacts, pronunciation fixes, and final editing time.
5. Review the final result on headphones, phone speakers, and the intended publishing platform.
6. Record the product, plan, model, settings, and license that applied on the test date.
