Its Creator and Artist offerings serve different publishing needs. “Royalty-free” means a license is granted under stated conditions; it does not mean the underlying recording is transferred to the user or that every use is unrestricted.

How the workflow works

1. Choose the intended use first: background music for content or a substantially modified song for release.
2. Generate several candidates with representative mood, genre, tempo, length, and energy settings.
3. Edit the arrangement so section changes and intensity match the project.
4. Compare exports for repetition, transitions, mix balance, clipping, similarity, and edit time.
5. Before download or release, save the plan, license version, project, and applicable restrictions.

License points to verify

SOUNDRAW's license overview describes commercial project use across plans and distinguishes background-music use from Artist-plan distribution. It states that music distributed to streaming services under Artist access must be modified so the final song sounds clearly different from the downloaded track. It also prohibits distributing an unmodified track, selling it on stock-audio platforms, and registering it with Content ID.

The Terms of Service say the license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable and that SOUNDRAW retains specified rights in the service and source recordings. Marketing statements such as “no copyright strikes” should be treated as vendor claims, not an absolute legal or platform guarantee.

Cancellation and published work

The license page distinguishes uses that can remain published from some uses of downloaded tracks as-is that may depend on maintaining an active subscription. Because wording can vary by plan and license version, save evidence for each downloaded track and confirm post-cancellation rights before building a long-lived catalog around it.

Practical evaluation

• Generate the same brief several times and compare musical variety, structure, and similarity.
• Test whether the edit controls can hit scene changes without rebuilding the video around the music.
• Check MP3, WAV, stems, loudness, sample rate, loop points, and downstream DAW compatibility.
• Use only vocals, samples, melodies, lyrics, and artwork you own or are authorized to publish.
• Confirm the distributor, platform, client, broadcaster, or game marketplace accepts the intended AI-assisted use.
• Record correction time and total licensed cost, not generation speed alone.

SOUNDRAW is best evaluated as an editable licensed-music workflow. Creator access fits background music; Artist access targets substantially modified releases.
