How do I download my video from an iPhone?

Downloading your subtitled video from an iPhone is easy.

Go to the desired video, go in the “Export” tab, click on “Export”, once the video has been exported, click on the “Download” button.

‍Your video is uploaded and an icon with an arrow appears next to the URL (as shown by the blue arrow in the image below). Click on it and you will find your video! To access it, click on it, and that’s it! We told you, easy, right?

I didn’t get my video export, what can I do?

When you have finished editing a video, you can click on “export my video” to receive your video with subtitles.

The average time it takes to receive a video is about 5 minutes. You’ll get an email notification when your video is ready. It is therefore not necessary to leave the Capté application page open.

Have you been waiting for 20 minutes and have not received your video? Don’t worry! Contact us via the purple bubble, and we’ll send you your video as soon as possible.

Can I upload an unlimited number of videos?

For better functionality of the tool, we apply “fair use” to the number of media imported per day. It is 20 videos per day per user. Depending on your needs, this limit can be increased, for that, please contact the after-sales service.
